Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto is an herb that decreases conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). This can help improve slow urine flow from prostate enlargement, and can help reduce hair loss.

The dose is 160 mg twice a day. Give it 6 weeks to start working (though it often works sooner).
